Shipping

Crochet Cottage ships to addresses within the continental U.S.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and will be subject to the most current costs for FedEx Overnight Delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Crochet Cottage. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Customer data includes data relating to any purchases of goods and/or services such as your name, title, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, contact details, and purchase details. Crochet Cottage Creations processes this data to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions. We collect no financial information such as credit card numbers or expiration dates. Payments are processed through an outside banking source to maintain security of your financial information.

* We do not ship to any addresses outside of the greater 48 United States, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
